Fedor Rozhanskiy and Elena Markus are professional linguists working primarily with Votic and Ingrian languages. We aim at documentation and description of these minor languages, and making the Votic and Ingrian materials available for a wide circle of researchers. Our work includes collecting and preserving various language data (first of all, audio and video recordings), compiling grammars, dictionaries and text collections, and publishing articles on particular aspects of phonetics, grammar, dialectology, and language contacts.
